The problem
Customers shopped on Amazon, Walmart and SHEIN and shipped to a Florida warehouse, but every parcel was tracked by hand. Staff matched boxes to people using messages and screenshots of receipts.
What I built
Every customer gets a unique reference and a copy ready warehouse address the moment they register. They pre alert shipments with their invoice, staff log packages against that reference, and both sides see the same status history.
Manual order processing cut right down, and the system has since been productised into CourierOS, multi tenant courier software.
