Lead management
CRM, Forms & Lead Management
Stop losing enquiries between the form and the phone
Most small businesses do not have a lead problem, they have a follow up problem. Enquiries arrive by form, email, phone and social media, sit in different inboxes, and the slow ones go to a competitor. We build the forms and the simple lead system behind them so every enquiry is captured, answered and tracked.
Who it is for
- 01Businesses that quote for every job, such as removals, couriers, builders and cleaners
- 02Anyone taking bookings or appointments who still confirms them by hand
- 03Teams where enquiries get forwarded around and nobody is sure who replied
What you get
Designed, built and looked after by the same person, so nothing gets lost between a designer, a developer and a support desk.
Quote and booking forms that ask the right questions
Forms built around your job: collection and delivery postcodes, dates, sizes, services or party size, so you can price without a call back.
Instant replies
Every enquiry gets an immediate, personal acknowledgement so the customer knows they have been heard, even at 10pm.
One place for every lead
Enquiries land in a simple list with their status, source and history instead of scattered across inboxes.
Automatic follow up
Polite reminders go out if a quote has not been answered, and stop the moment someone replies.
A monthly enquiry report
How many enquiries came in, from where, and how many turned into work.
How it works
- Step 1
Map how enquiries arrive today
We list every route a lead takes into the business and where it currently gets stuck.
- Step 2
Design the forms and the replies
The questions you need answered, the reply the customer gets and who is notified.
- Step 3
Build and connect
Forms on your site, the lead list behind them, and notifications to email or phone.
- Step 4
Measure and adjust
After a month we look at the report together and tighten whatever is still leaking.
Built for real businesses
Live in production, not mockups. Each one opens the full case study.

MAL Transportation
A freight carrier site with a quote request flow and direct dispatch contact, so shippers can ask for a price without hunting for a number.

Hardball Caribbean Smokehouse
Online table reservations with live availability, email confirmations and real time booking alerts for staff.
What it costs
Quote and booking forms, automatic replies, enquiry routing and a monthly enquiry report are all part of the Growth plan at £450 up front, then £67 a month. Larger CRM setups are quoted separately. See the packages page for details.
You own what we build. Fixed price in writing before any work starts.
Common questions
Do I need a CRM as a small business?
Not necessarily a big one. Most small businesses need every enquiry captured in one place with its status, an instant reply to the customer and a reminder to follow up. That can be built into your website without paying for a large CRM subscription.
Can you connect forms to the tools I already use?
Usually, yes. Enquiries can be sent to email, a shared inbox, a spreadsheet, a calendar or an existing CRM, depending on what the tool allows. We check what is possible before quoting.
Will automatic replies sound robotic?
No. Replies are written in your tone and can include the details the customer sent, so they read as a real acknowledgement rather than a generic auto reply.
How much does lead management cost?
