Automation

Business Process Automation

Automate the admin that eats your evenings

Copying details from an email into a spreadsheet, then into an invoice, then chasing the payment. Small businesses lose hours a week to the same few steps. We automate the repeated parts of your admin so quotes, invoices, reminders and customer updates happen without anyone retyping anything.

Who it is for

  • 01Owners who do the admin themselves after the real work is finished
  • 02Small teams where one person holds every process in their head
  • 03Businesses waiting on late payments because nobody has time to chase them

What you get

Designed, built and looked after by the same person, so nothing gets lost between a designer, a developer and a support desk.

  • Enquiry to quote to invoice

Details captured once and carried through the whole job, so nothing is typed twice.

  • Payment reminders that send themselves

Polite, scheduled reminders for unpaid invoices that stop as soon as payment lands.

  • Customer updates

Automatic messages when a job is booked, started, finished or delivered.

  • Tools that talk to each other

Connections between your forms, email, calendar, spreadsheets and accounting software where they allow it.

  • A clear record

Every automated step is logged, so you can always see what went out and when.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Walk through one real week

We look at where the hours actually go, not where you think they go.

  2. Step 2

Pick the biggest time sink first

One workflow automated properly beats ten half built ones.

  3. Step 3

    Build, test and switch on

Tested with real examples before it touches a customer.

  4. Step 4

    Add the next one

Once the first saves time, we move to the next biggest job on the list.

What it costs

Workflow automation between your existing tools and automated follow up are part of the Automation plan at £450 up front, then £199 a month. Larger or one off automation projects are scoped and quoted separately. See the packages page.

You own what we build. Fixed price in writing before any work starts.

Common questions

What business processes can be automated?

The best candidates are repeated, rule based steps: turning enquiries into quotes, creating invoices, sending payment reminders, booking confirmations, job status updates and moving data between forms, spreadsheets and accounting tools.

Do I have to change the software I use?

Usually not. Where your existing tools allow connections, automation works between them. If a tool has no way in, we tell you before any work starts.

How much time can automation save?

It depends on the process, but automating one repeated weekly task such as invoicing or payment chasing typically saves a few hours a week for a small business. We start with the task that costs you the most time.

How much does business process automation cost?

Automation between your existing tools and automated follow up are included in the Automation plan at £450 up front, then £199 a month. Larger projects are quoted separately after a short scoping call.
