By using this website you agree to the website terms below. When you buy a website plan or a project, the written agreement you sign sets out the full terms and takes priority over this page. The summary here is to help you know what to expect before you get in touch.
How our website plans work
- Build fee and monthly price. Every plan starts with a £450 build fee paid up front, then a monthly payment for the plan you choose. Current prices are on the packages page.
- Minimum term. Plans run for a 12 month minimum term, then continue month to month. After the first year, either of us can end the plan with 30 days' written notice.
- Ownership. You own your website from day one. Your domain is registered in your name, or held by us on your behalf and transferred to you whenever you ask.
- Cancelling in the first year. You can end the plan early with 30 days' notice. Instead of the remaining monthly payments, an early exit fee covering the unpaid balance of the build is due, worked out as set out in your agreement.
- Leaving. When you leave, you receive a full copy of your website and help pointing your domain wherever you want it to go.
- Price reviews. Your monthly price is fixed for the first year. After that it may be reviewed no more than once a year, with at least 60 days' notice, and never above the price new clients pay for the same plan. For founding clients any increase is also capped at 15%. If you do not accept a new price, you can leave before it applies with no exit fee.
- What the monthly covers. Hosting, backups, security updates, support and the features of your plan. Changes beyond the plan are quoted before any work is done.
Custom projects
- Quotes and scope. Quotes are fixed prices based on the scope agreed in writing. If the scope changes, we agree any change to price or timeline with you before doing the work.
- Payments. Payment terms are in your agreement or invoice. Larger projects may be split into stages so payments follow delivery.
- Ownership. Once paid for, you own the work we create for you. Third party software, fonts, images and services we use remain under their own licences.
Third party services
Some websites and systems rely on services run by other companies, such as payment providers, email services, hosting platforms and AI models. We choose them carefully, but their availability, pricing and terms are set by them, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

- The content on this website is for general information. Prices and guides are accurate when published, but please confirm anything important with us before relying on it.
- The text, design and code of this website belong to Quantara Digital Ltd unless stated otherwise. Our brand assets may be used to refer to us, in line with the guidance on that page.

Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected. Our liability under a client agreement is set out in that agreement.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
