Dashboards and portals

Internal Dashboards & Customer Portals

See the whole business on one screen

When jobs, customers and payments live across inboxes, spreadsheets and apps, the important things get missed. We build simple internal dashboards for your team and secure portals for your customers, so everyone sees what they need without asking.

Who it is for

  • 01Businesses running jobs or orders from spreadsheets that have outgrown them
  • 02Logistics, shipping and courier firms whose customers keep asking where things are
  • 03Owners who want the numbers that matter without logging into five tools

What you get

Designed, built and looked after by the same person, so nothing gets lost between a designer, a developer and a support desk.

  • An internal dashboard

Leads, jobs, customers and payments in one view, with the figures you check every day on the first screen.

  • A customer portal

Customers sign in to see their orders, track status, upload documents and download invoices themselves.

  • Roles and permissions

Owners, staff and customers each see only what they should.

  • Secure sign in

Proper accounts with two factor or passkey sign in where it matters.

  • Built around your process

The screens follow how your business actually works, not how a generic app thinks it should.

How it works

  1. Step 1

List the questions you ask every day

What is outstanding, who owes what, where is this order. The dashboard answers those first.

  2. Step 2

    Sketch the screens

Rough layouts agreed before anything is built, so there are no surprises.

  3. Step 3

    Build in stages

The most useful screen goes live first, then the rest follows.

  4. Step 4

    Train and hand over

A short walkthrough for your team and customers, and support after launch.

What it costs

A simple internal dashboard for jobs, leads or customers is part of the Automation plan at £450 up front, then £199 a month. Customer portals and larger internal systems are scoped and quoted separately as Custom Systems. See the packages page.

You own what we build. Fixed price in writing before any work starts.

Common questions

What is the difference between a dashboard and a customer portal?

A dashboard is for your team: it shows jobs, leads, customers and figures in one place. A customer portal is for your customers: they sign in to check orders, upload documents or pay invoices without contacting you.

Can a dashboard pull in data from my existing tools?

Often, yes. If your tools offer a way to export or connect data, the dashboard can read from them. Otherwise it can replace the spreadsheet as the place the data lives.

Is customer data kept secure?

Yes. Portals use proper accounts, encrypted connections, role based permissions and optional two factor or passkey sign in, and customers only ever see their own records.

How much does a customer portal cost?

A simple internal dashboard is included in the Automation plan at £450 up front, then £199 a month. Customer portals depend on scope and are quoted separately after a short call.
